Just want to post the pictures of your new home. I chose the river facing side which I thought you would like, no neighbours yet but I'm sure someone will be there soon. At least they won't be rowdy.
When I was writing out the cheque I noticed the date as it's different on the new cheques 2011-12-13. An auspicious day.
